1. About a year ago, a problem started coming into my everyday life. The problem seems very minor, but can take up to 30 minutes a day to deal with. 2. Ever since I bought my second puppy, I have had a problem that I can not seem to find a solution for. My first dog is now 7 years old, and my second dog is only 2 years old. They eat different foods, but usually eat at the same time. They always eat each others food and can sometimes cause them to become ill. This is when I first sensed that their might be an opportunity. If I am having this problem as a college student, then others must be having this problem as well. Right now, I usually have to feed my dogs separately, while keeping the dog that is not eating occupied. My sister has two cats, and has been having the same problem. She is attempting to train the cats to eat at separate times. This creates an opportunity to try to find a solution to a problem that people have been dealing with for decades. 3a. About two years ago I was home from UF and met my older sisters boyfriend for the first time. He was 25 years and after talking to him for a while, we began to discuss my education and his career. He went on to tell me that he worked for a Fortune 500 company for 3 years but left to pressure his entrepreneurship dream. He loves computers and technology and decided to open his how tech firm. He is still working on it today and has been doing extremely successful. This was not the most important thing I got out of the conversation though. What I truly took was what he told me next. He said that the few years he spent working in corporate America was very important to launch his entrepreneurship story. He believes that the time he spent learning about business and seeing it happen first hand was what allowed him to start his own business. He told me that it is imperative to learn by experience before beginning anything.
